When I began my own fitness journey years ago, there was so much I didn’t know, and it wasn’t always easy to find reliable information. As I progressed, I kept learning so much that I didn’t know about proper nutrition, holistic health, building muscle and fat loss. This blog is a place where I can share a lot of what I’ve learnt over the years, from the fundamentals to some of the more nuanced concepts. I hope to debunk a lot of myths, and completely avoid the sensationalization that comes with so many “authorities” on health and fitness.
